Yes. Before I welded that muffler extension pipe on I got from you, my 18 CH had the exhaust coming straight out of the muffler and it really had a deep sound, powerful sound when it was in a pull.
To me, the Mags just make noise.
The Vanguards have a nice exhaust note too.
