Default Being sick

My oldest son is 4 and started school at the headstart this year and it seems like he brings home a new cold every week, Ive never been sick as much in my life as I've been over the past 5 months. Worst part is that about 3 years ago my body started reacting to colds very poorly, now when I get sick I feel like I'm drunk and on the edge of throwing up. I can't stand for more than a few minutes without getting dizzy and I cant do anything even remotely strenuous without feeling dizzy, yesterday was the first day of work I've missed in about 5 years. I would have went and toughed it out but I'm no good to anybody when I'm like this and the last thing I need is for someone to get hurt because my heads not working the way it should.
