I would take the float bowl off and turn on the fuel supply and see what happens. Put a coffee can or something under to catch the fuel. Maybe the float is hanging up or possibly the sediment bowl is clogged up. Once I had a cub with same problem and I found one of the tangs the pin goes thru was bent just enough to restrict the operation of the float. Just a couple ideas to check out. Just have to start bird dogging it.
