Edit 1: Guess I'm too used to the Call 1-800-lawyer so I can sue everyone world we live in today. Rant over.
Edit 2: Call Rich Patton and ask him about his experiences with PA DOT with a 10,000 GVW trailer plus the truck GVW your probably in the DOT's bulls eye. You may even need a CDL, Med card DOT ID number, Fed Id number etc. Not trying to be a jerk, I've BTDT.
