I'm with you and I am also amazed at why someone would stand there video taping/recording an accident rather than run up on the side of the road to either help people involved or run ahead of the accident on the side of the road and forewarn other drivers from the side of the road. Locally, last week, we had an elderly woman with dementia walking out in the middle of a busy highway and no one but one person would stop to assist her, who happened to have worked in nursing homes and quickly recognized the situation. I just do not understand what goes through some people's mind at those times......hmmmm, get a video of what is going on or start saving people in an accident,
.....must be a tough choice for some people.
