OK...the next step is to install a actual gauge and see what the pressure actual is.

(A) Remove pressure switch
(B) Install 1/8" NPT fitting (ie: see example)
(C) Hook up Pressure Gauge.
(D) Start engine.
(E) Observe & record PSI readings at idle and WOT

Report back.
