What does this mean?
The engine is ALWAYS "up against" the governor........ always.
I agree about the water...... But don't think its a carbon issue.
I agree with Austin.... It's running lean. Too lean doesn't leave carbon, but it does raise exhaust temp, which would blow out hot rust in an old muffler.
