That looks to be the exact same as my Troy-Bilt trimmer other than the yellow plastic where mine is red. Out of the box, mine would barely rev up and had hardly any power. The carb adjustments are supposed to be tamper proof but I was able to turn the screws and richen the mixture up and now it runs great. I'm sure it was set extremely lean to meet EPA regulations.
