Default 982 Restoration - Progress report

Hey All,
I wanted to let you all know how things were going. The 982 is now safely home. I ended up putting a new battery into the 982 and I was able to get it to start. It runs however it is very rough. After a little investigating I realize I am getting no exhaust from the right side exhaust. I figure I either have a seized cylinder or a stuck valve or something along those lines. I am a complete newbie at this stuff and I'm honestly a little nervous about doing a rebuild but I'm looking forward to it. Any advice on what I should be looking for as I start this process would be useful. It's a Onan B48G I believe. I am starting to look up what parts I might need and found some links to another forum on this site for doing onan rebuilds which is quite useful.

On another note I recently got new headlights for the 982. I installed then and a new ignition switch. The switch works great the light not so much. I'm not sure what's going on with it but the lights won't turn on. the Voltmeter shows 12V but it's not steady. Any thoughts on why I would not get lights?

Here are some recent Pics to share:
