So that's around 150lb on the pipe, 12 lb on the bar and probably in excess of 100 lb for the concrete. It took me and the seller to pull it up on the trailer while tilted. It was too much for both of us to lift 4"

Here's your total. 
In a cylinder 12" round and 30" long, the concrete would weigh 300 lb.( concrete weighs 150 lb./cu. ft.) + the steel pipe 153 lb. + steel bar 12 lb. = 465 lb.
