Maybe, maybe not. It all depends on what the problem is. I've done a bunch of the Cyclops tractors over the last couple years so now I pretty much have a routine. I start by pulling the fender pan and fuel tank. Then I pressure wash the whole thing. Fuel tank gets cleaned inside and out. Tank bushings get replaced, fuel shut off valves get cleaned or replaced. All new fuel lines and filter. I pull the engines and remove the blower housing in order to clean the cooling fins and inspect for oil leaks. Carbs get disassembled and cleaned then rebuilt. While the engine is out I re-pack the CV joints in the drive shaft and the steering column. If you see signs of leaking on the rear now is the time to deal with it. I also install a set of rear end braces. Yeah it sounds like a lot of work but when your done you will have a tractor that will be good for another 10-20 years for less than 1/2 the price of a new XT3.
