I just realized, the very first time I mowed my yard with this tractor, I experienced this exact problem. I cut the PTO off and it ran like this for a few seconds and smoothed right out. It had been fine ever since until it started again and stayed persistent.

I did pinch the right side coil wire but caught it before I had put the bolts back in so I went back and checked everything to make sure it was where it was suppose to be before I buttoned it up. If the wet plug is an indication of my problem, its on the other side of the tractor.

No I havnt because I don't know what that is. Ill look into it now.
