Isn't 1200whp exceeding the limits of a stock LS aluminum block? I would feel better with a LQ4/LQ9 6.0 cast block.

It is a 390ci LQ9 block, and believe it or not for now it is a 6 speed car. But yes the twin disk clutch is more than the 1450 would cost to restore. Good thing its not my $ on the car its a close friends, nothing is skimped on. I start the mini-tubs probably this weekend.
