Welp i just spent some more money...
I ordered the paint, new hydro springs, spacers, and rear end gaskets from r.f. houtz.

At this point i need to get the frame prepped for paint, do the rear end drain mod, install new gaskets in the rear end, and replace the hydro springs. Once the paint shows up i can begin painting the frame and rear end.

Once this part is completed i get to start on the threepoint and hydraulics!

I did measure the 3pt arms on my 982 and found they are only 2" longer than the gt ones. I don't like how the gt arms can rub on the tires if they are set in the lowest forward most hole. (Keeping the very end of the arms closesed to the tractor as possible) Dont like stabilizer chaines either. SO my plan is to build duplicate sgt arms that are shorter in length, then build the sway blocks that mount to the actual plate.

This will keep the arms close to the plate, away from the tires while allowing me to have the 20" spread that is the industry standard!

No pix but hopefully soon
