E-Pay is for buyers not sellers anymore. They can leave negative feedback for you but you can't.

Long story: Wife sells on epay. I parted out an S-10. I made my money on it. It had a set of 2" drop spindles. I sold them for more than he could buy new. The guy paid fairly fast. I packed them( a little heavy) for my wife. after 3 or 4 days he emailed wanting to know where they were. This is a lessen learned my wife didn't get delivery confirmation (81 cents I think). The guy lives in Indiana. The guy filed a claim on E-Pay. Paypal put a hold on the money he paid me and eventually took it back. Wife called his postmaster and postmaster talked to the route driver for the post office. I packed the spindles in an old Fry Daddy box. The mail lady remembered the box and because it was too heavy for her to lift, she knocked on the door and a lady answered. She called for her husband to come get the heavy box. He got the spindles and his money back too. Paypal and Epay said without delivery confirmation we have no proof!
