Is your tractor an early 2182 or a later 2182? From the pic you posted it looks like a late 2182. They made a rock shaft change partway through the production. The late machines use the black part the early machines did not but if I recall correctly you may need a brace of some sort to reinforce the rockshaft if you have an early machine.
