Huh, the two I've had/got problems with get to the compression stroke and that's it, won't go anywhere from there. My 123 I fixed by bending the tabs ever so little and it's been working perfectly for five years now.
My 1650 is another story. That one get's to the compression stroke and nothing. If I back the engine up by hand enough, then try it once in awhile it'll go. I've bent the tabs earlier this spring and it was good through the summer, but now it's back to not working, so a repair is in order...
