Default 1811 project

I scored this today for $200, I bought it from a friend that sells cub parts and has over 100 cubs on his property. He said he's never tried to start it but that he thought the engine was locked up, when I got it home and started to tear into it I found that the reason it seemed locked up was because the the flywheel area was filled with acorns. After removing a huge nest and a ton of acorns it turns over just fine and feels like it has alot of compression, a quick check down the oil fill revealed a fully intact governor. Tomorrow its going to work with me to get pressure washed, I'm going to change the oil and do a compression test and try to start it. Does anybody have the info for pinning the governor? The sign was free .
