I wear Justin boots. I don't need waterproof, but they have to be safety toe and I need the tongue sealed/sown to the sides so debris doesn't get inside. I also need a fairly smooth bottom, I work in a machine shop and cleated soles pack with chips. I have to add some fairly pricey insoles I get from an online retailer called Footsmart. FYI, Justin boots tend to run big, I had to drop back a size.
