Well after a year and a half I finally got my # 4 trailer up and working. Had to have a new hitch made. Latch welded and redone. Many thanks to OCC member KJ for all the measurements. Here are some Pictures below. I know it looks a little rusty but its just light surface rust that will come off with a little sanding. My next step is to derust and paint it all!
