Default 1512 Rear Cover Torque?

Pulled the 1512 into the garage for a once over before putting the snowplow on for the winter. Wanted to change transmission fluid and grease the machine up. Noticed the rear axle end seals starting to leak, carrier seals little leak and one of the rubber grommets on the gas tank leaking diesel. Pulled everything apart, made a list of parts and placed an order online. Looked through my cub cadet manual and couldn't find torque specs for the rear cover bolts.

Found the basic chart in the front of the book showing 21 ft lbs for a 3/8 inch bolt. Any thoughts?

Also any thoughts how long the axles end seals last? I looked over my records and it seems I replaced them 10 years /500 hrs ago. Is that good or bad?

Thanks
