Easy enough just remove the pto & replace the seal. if for some unforeseen reason you would run into problems, the complete cover comes off without dissembling the engine.
Do download the service manual and follow it,-- makes it easy and answers your questions.
remember when ordering the seal it is the rear seal/ pto end.
