It should fit but it's not going to be a bolt in. You'll need to figure out the drive shaft, muffler, duct work, wiring and PTO. I'd start by setting the engine on the motor plate so that the belt for the mule drive lines up properly with the mule drive and work from that point. Get your drive shaft lined up to the pump so that it is as close to being in line with the pump as possible. If you have the drive shaft that came out of the donor (I'm guessing it was something like a 2130) then you can use some of it to couple the engine to your existing shaft. Did that on a 149 here is a pic. Most of the 2000 series shafts have a 5/8" ID so the solid shaft used in most of the 82 series will slip inside (makes it easy to get the proper length) then you just drill a 1/4" hole through it and put a spirol pin in and your done.
