It's basically the 1000 replacement. No model like it in the '82 series. It does have an aluminum rear. They were only built in 1985. Not many produced. I can't find any production numbers.... even in my super secret file....
but they didn't make many. My guess is around 4 or 5000. The 1806 was its big brother, also a rare model. I'd like to find one of those.....
