Mediocre at best. It'll take some time, sure, but most of it will be done in a CNC machine of some sort.

If you do decide on the power steering pump route, maybe add the pump used in LT1-Corvettes & Caprices to your list. They ran in reverse rotation due to how they were mounted on the engine and shared a number of parts with the normal rotation pumps of the same era.
