The blades and the "A" shaped portion of the assembly are all the same, it's the sub-frame that is different. The Narrow Frame sub-frame has straight "arms" going back to the footrest bar and the Wide Frame sub-frames have curved ones. There are pictures here somewhere... Yes, your 128 is a Wide Frame tractor.
