If you look @ parts tree, #16 is the infamous bolts that go through bull gear #22
and hold things together, they are known to break/bend.
If you do a search here, there are several ppl that have had the same problem, and their adventures, some good, some not so good.
Now we might be totally wrong on your problem and I hope we are!
