If you have replaced all that stuff, I would set the timing using the static timing method next. Have you verified the choke is closing when you pull the knob?

Yes the choke is closing (visually checked). As far as it cranking, its hard to be certain but I would say it seems a little slower. However it still seems fast enough that it should start.
