I haven't checked. The pulleys had gross misalignment. It was clear that the tiller was rotated with respect to the tractor. When I took the straps off and compared them it was clear there was a problem.

I got this tractor and tiller two years ago so I don't know its history. Both ends of the right straps needed adjustment which leads me to think it wasn't because the tiller took a hit. I wonder if that strap was bent incorrectly from the factory.

It was very satisfying to see the angle after I bent the straps and put them back on. There is a slight misalignment that I will try to take out by loosening the gearbox and rotating it.
