I couldn't agree more, or if the pulley is slipping on the shaft under load, the pictures are far from good, and something about the drive/ pulley I don't understand.
But it would be at least a starting point, as we seem to be going no where so far.
A marriage of unknown components and assumptions leads nowhere as we know.
Clearer hi def pix would sure help of pump, spool, & cyl connections.
A higher pressure squirt @ the pump output hose should @ least try to move a cyl if plumbed correctly.
Hell a #90 air hose plummed to the spool inlet would extend a cyl!
I would love to get my hands in there just to satisfy my curiosity,Ha,LOL!
