Steve, I had a 60" deck with the very same baffle that was missing as well. I used a piece of cardstock that I cut and formed into a template then used it to cut some steel into the same shape. The hard part was forming it into the curved shape, but then when I used one of the other baffles to form the new baffle, it was close enough where I could make simple as I was tacking it in before final welding.
