Speaking of keeping it original.... Looks like the tires on it when I brought it home were original.
I found a NOS front tire that somebody out west had posted on a forum. Same EXACT tire, so I snagged it. Even has the original sticker on it!
Even though the tires were shot, the front inner tube still holds air. It's a Goodyear. That thing's gotta have a few decades on it.... I'm reusing it in the new tire.
