Just got a 1250 that I believe has sat outside for awhile. Haven't got it running yet. My question is the lever on the dash that makes it go forward and backwards won't move either way. Does tractor have to be running in order to move the lever or should that not matter. I sprayed all linkage inside the tower area with Kroil 3 days ago. If lever doesn't move, where do I go to next to check out?
