I have a with a 44a deck, I believe it is original to the tractor.
If the deck is original to the a 1450 I think it should be a model 44A deck and will use a 1/2" wide belt. The top of the center pulley measures 4-1/4" across the top.
Randell, was there a 44 deck prior to the 44A? I believe the quietline came out with the 44A and 50A decks, then the 82 series came out with the "C" decks. The "C" decks used the 5/8" wide belts. Please correct me if I am wrong, but that is what I think to be accurate.
