Tim if you want to use a pto on that, you will need to drill new holes in the mount plate. Here's the post from my 782 repower with the link I used to locate the holes.

I'm pretty sure that you can rotate the ports on that fuel pump. That may help with clearance. If you even need a pump with the tank in stock location.
