Kohler CH18 (1864)
I am going to pick up a 1864 Thursday, if it is not already sold. It is not running at this time. The owner stated, it was running great, coughed and quit. It will not start back and it has oil running out of the engine but he has not looked at it and could not tell me where it was coming from. I am thinking it has thrown a rod, but I will not know for sure until Thursday. It is not in the best looking condition, but at the least, I wil have some good parts. Is there anything else any engine experts think it might be other than a rod? Thanks in advance.
