Todd you may be in for a surprise, I bought a 127 some time ago that I was sure was a parts machine, it had sat in a group of trees in a pasture for several years, it was a filthy mess but it had a 3 point, electric lift, spring assist, and headlights. Paid $85.00 for it and thought I'd make a killin off of it.
Turns out, after I cleaned the carburetor and put a kit in it, cleaned up the points and set the timing, it may very well be the best running Narrow Frame tractor that I own.
Something about books and their covers comes to mind...
Keep the faith, you may get lucky too.
