I've never tried it but have been told that the 26X12X12's will change the overall gearing too much on a std garden tractor.
Since you will be plowing with it I'd stick with the 23X10.50X12's to keep the gearing down where it should be.
I do like the looks of the big ones, but would be afraid of the trade offs
