There are different variations of the 374 deck. Yours looks like it has solid bones. Check for cracks at the 4 bolt holes of the bearing cups. Look to Sam's threads for reinforcing the back lift plate. Make sure the lift brackets are trued up and hanging points are too worn. I just use the standard $45 3 blade set from cub. They have a hardened version for much more money. Never investigated the gators. Oh, and congrats on picking up the big grass killer!
