I been frustrated by the carb on my Quietline 1200. The carb was rebuilt two years ago by an so called professional, but it never has been right since.

Now, when I go to accelerate the engine seems to flood and die. With the air cleaner assembly off, when I accelerate, I seen fuel coming out of the air intake of the carb. IF, I run the accelerator up SLOWLY, the engine slowly begins to increase RPMs, If I run the lever up fast, it stalls.

So, what does the top needle screw adjust? What is the side, angled screw for?

Is there a simple procedure?
