Thanks for the complement.

You had a great point on the throttle shaft......There was one thing missing in my write up and it was the throttle shaft being loose.

My 100 has a Carter carb on it. Not sure if your 100 has a Carter carb. The throttle shaft for the Carter carb is NLA. I have modified a Kohler throttle shaft and made it work.

Every used carb that I buy gets rebuilt before I use it. I keep a spare rebuild kit, float and throttle shaft kit in my spare carb parts.
