After stripping the frame to bare bones, I found I have an issue with the implement lift. In the picture you see the cross shaft in the frame and two arms, one offset and the other J shaped. This is the attachment point for the rod end of the lift cylinder. My question is the the arm that is J shaped appears to have a place where it can be bolted to the other arm, and there also is a roll pin hole in the J arm but it is seized to the shaft. Should it be free to rotate on the shaft, be bolted together or pinned? I've applied a little heat and have managed to move the J arm a little, but it will need to be pressed apart to get it to move freely if it is supposed to.
