Good luck Jon, been there, so I did what Terry did to stop smoking.

Seems like I always find some reason not to quit. I got a divorce so that wasn't a good time to do it, business not going well so now is not a good time. These are just my excuses not real reasons but it's real to me
I totally understand. 30 years ago I had enough of smoking, so went smokeless with Skoal long cut mint. Tasted like crap, but I wasn't going to let that stop me from stopping the smokes.
Well thirty years later I'M down to the pouches, still can't stop the crap. Don't even know when I got one in anymore, have to actually stop and think about it if I've got one in or not.
WAY harder to stop. But like I tell Nancy, no body likes a quitter. There is nothing out there to help a dipper stop...
