When too tight it choked down engine and won't engage. So, i loosened right side tension bolt and found spot where belt followed in pulleys. Also, with B92 v-belt it allowed for idler pulleys to stay away from front frame and idler handle aligns as MFG rec. and belt didn't rub back side of front frame. I have been able to get belt to set up correct with v-portion riding in groove, but doesn't stay there.
