Terry, my 149 is pretty tired and does an excellent job with the 50" while dragging a 44" trailer mower along also. I hear it lay into my hill going up but she doesn't drop many rpm's. It's a good hill...almost a farmable terrace for incline. I couldn't ask for more. I wouldn't turn down 6 more ponies tho. JMHO Matt
