John,
you hit that nail right on the head!!! The toys are all plastic throw away and the kids are just plain too sorry to get out of the house and play in the dirt... too much entertainment in the house (internet, video games, TV etc)
One dump truck, a loader, and a pile of dirt and I was good for days!!
