In one of your previous posts, you said that the engine would slow down as the mower deck would slow down.
If the PTO was slipping, I don't think that would have slowed down the engine RPMs also, as the engine would have maintained speed, due to not having a load on it (PTO slipping)........

Sorry for the Confusion. What i meant was when the desk slowed down the governor on it would go nuts which seem to be matching the time of the Pto slipping and catching.
