Too many "been there's, done that's" and the knowledge of where all the bodies are buried within the forum make some impatient. That behaviour has to stop.
New members are the lifeblood of this forum. Without them, and the new ideas that come from them, this group will quickly exhaust itself with nothing more to say, like the walking dead. Most of you know yourselves that there is nothing new under the sun for these old machines, everything that can be done, has been done. One could literally close all discussion and make it a "look up" site for everything is already there.
But alas, that is not really the purpose here. It is a community of discussion for every now and again something new comes around from a new member that makes this site worth talking about.

Well said! To tell you the truth, I laughed when I read this. My thoughts exactly. But I wouldn't sugar coat it........
Someone who is "smart" joins the forum. They are knowledgeable and an asset to the forum. They get promoted and this is when their head starts to swell. Swell so much, everyone else doesn't know anything. Then if that's not enough, let's make fun of new forum members to get a laugh out of it for what, maybe a handful of people? So sad. I'd really like to get my Son involved here on the forum, atleast letting him read some threads and see some pics of the nice cubs owned by the members. But it's pretty bad I'd have to censor stuff, so alas, the next generation will won't be allowed to read threads on here. Like Rob said, this happens every couple months or so. BTW, nothing to do with thick skin. Everything to do with people skills. Or lack there of in this case.
Allen, most of us agree with you. Thanks for mentioning this again. To all newer members, hang around. Don't let the actions of a few ruin what this forum is/could be. A great place to hang out, shoot the breeze, and talk cubs............Atleast that's why I joined. Not to monopolize the forum. Carry on.....
