I had this issue with my 105, I sprayed PB blaster on this portion two times a day for about three or four days, each time I sprayed it I also wiggled the lever back and forth with a medium amount of force (no hammer or tools..just used my hands)..eventually it broke free. ( I'm really new to the IH Cubs, so I don't know how well the 127 linkage compares to the 105.)
