There will be more expert input provided I am sure, but a FEL was not a Cub Cadet "recognized" accessory, so there was not an "approved" hydraulic pump. The FEL projects I have reviewed all have an auxiliary pump powered by the PTO. There certainly may be other options but the consensus is the stock hydraulic capacity is not sufficient for satisfactory operation of a FEL
I recall posts that specified particular pumps and posts that discouraged the application of a FEL to a vintage Cubbie. That being said I would like one for one of my tractors.
